Apartment Priora faces south west with a wonderful view of the Sibillini mountains.

The apartment is constructed of traditional stone, some of which has remained exposed in the rooms. It is about 50sq. m.

The loggia outside the apartment provides the ideal dining venue for those warm summer evenings or an excellent shaded lounging area during the day.

A table and chairs allow you to dine indoors if the weather is cool, while a sofa affords some comfort when relaxing afterwards. There is satelite TV, a DVD player and sound system in the flat. We have a small library of DVDs for guests. A large French window ensures plenty of light comes into the room.

A ceiling fan has been installed for hot weather. Should the weather be inclement a wood burning stove will lend the apartment a feeling of cosiness. For very cold days there is the additional convenience of a full central heating system.

The apartment has one bedroom containing a double bed and suite in the Arte Povere style. The floor is of oak planking while the ceiling is constructed in the traditional manner using chestnut beams and cotto tiles. A large French window allows lots of light into the room. It is fitted with a fly screen to keep out unwanted insects.

The bathroom comprises a toilet, bidet, shower and washbasin.

The apartment is named after Monte Priora, one of the northerly peaks of the Sibillini range, rising 2332 m above sea level.
