All prices are inclusive of hot water, central heating, electricity, gas, bed-linen, towels and the final cleaning of the apartment.

The first box of logs is free thereafter a small fee will be charged.

For those staying more than a week the apartment will be cleaned after 7 days by arrangement.
Bed-linen and towels will also be changed.

Guests should arrive after 4pm and leave by 11am unless by prior arrangement.

A welcome box of food can be purchased by arrangement.

While every effort has been made to make the area around Casa Carotondo safe for children, there are some steep areas of ground and other potential dangers. Young children should, therefore, be supervised at all times.

A deposit of 30% has to be received by us before a booking is secured.

Final payment should be made 4 weeks before arrival.

In the high season bookings should be for at least 7 days except those arranged on a last-minute basis. Saturday is the changeover day. Outside the high season bookings should be for at least 3 nights and will be calculated on a pro rata basis of the weekly rate.

Returnees will be granted a 10% reduction in prices.
