All prices are inclusive of hot water, central heating, electricity, gas, bed-linen, towels and the final cleaning of the apartment.

For those staying more than a week the apartment will be cleaned after 7 days by arrangement.
Bed-linen and towels will also be changed.

Guests should arrive after 4pm and leave by 11am unless by prior arrangement.

A welcome box of food can be purchased by arrangement.

While every effort has been made to make the area around Casa Carotondo safe for children, there are some steep areas of ground and other potential dangers. Young children should, therefore, be supervised at all times.

A deposit of 30% has to be received by us before a booking is secured.

Cancellation of your booking from eight weeks or less before your arrival date will result in a loss of this money.

Final payment should be made 4 weeks before arrival.

Any bookings for less than one week will be calculated on a pro rata basis of the weekly rate.

Returnees will be granted a 10% reduction in prices.
