Sin dall'inizio Vanessa mi è sembrata molto disponibile, nelle indicazioni inviatoci per la strada e poi venendoci a prendere quando non trovavamo la casa. Successivamente ci hanno aiutato per ogni tipo di problema. La nostra permanenza in questo posto incantevole è ormai terminata, ma la visuale delle montagne innevate davanti alla casa ci resterà nella testa per un bel pezzo!

Manchmal sind es die kleinen Dinge, welche einen Urlaub als gelungen erscheinen lassen. Wir hatten zum Beispiel eine Schraube locker und einfach zu viel Zeit (daß wir sogar die Tage vergessen). Gegen die lockere und demzufolge verlorene Schraube, konnte Rob mit der Teile und einer Standard M4 helfen. Einer arbeitet, 3 schauten zu. Gegen die überschüssige Zeit gibt es hier viele viele Möglichkeiten, diese zu verbringen. Die Ideen dazu kommen aus Vanessa und Rob in einer Schnelligkeit und Begeisterung heraus, daß man sich fragt, haben wir überhaupt die Zeit dafür? Nein. Bei diesen vielen Tips & Tricks für Wanderungen und MTB-Touren muß man einfach wiederkommen. Wir planen es!

Liebe Vanessa, Lieber Rob, Wo soll man anfangen? Bei der grandiosen Aussicht vom Frühstückstisch - die Monti Sibillini vor dem transparent-papier-Himmel? Bei der hellen Hitze des italienischen Nachmittage und dem Schwimmen im Funkelblauen Fiastra-See? Bei den sternbesäten Nächten, in denen immer ein leises Lüftchen die Schlafzimmervorhänge schaukelte? Nein, wir fangen bei Euch an, denn Eure Herzlichkeit ist sozusagen die Cocktailkirsche auf dem perfekten Kuchen, der da heißt: Casa Carotondo! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt wie die Gemsen auf dem Monte Bove Nord oder die Fische im Lago di Fiastra oder das Sahne-Kleckschen auf der Copetta grandissima di Gelato .....Kurz und gut: *Seufz* und Danke! Wir freuen uns aufs Wieder sehen im nächsten Jahr!

We arrived in the rain and were greeted by Rob and Vanessa. They showed us the lovely apartment we would be staying in, which was beautiful and really well equipped with all anyone would need on holiday. The weather was hit and miss, though they gave great direction to everywhere we wanted, also the walks surrounding their house, which was set in such a beautiful area of the Sibillini Mountains. There is so much to do in one week that you cannot see everything, a second revisit is for certain. Many thanks to Rob and Vanessa for making our stay welcome and wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The appartment was absolutely beautiful and had superb views. We has some bad luck with the weather this early in the season, but there were still plenty of walks we could enjoy. The Sibillini area is perfect for walks and car trips. There is so much diversity in views and wildlife. We enjoyed seeing deer, wild boar, black squirrels and even a porcupine as well as numerous bird species. Also a special thanks for Rob and Vanessa for being such good and helpful hosts!

We came to have a nice quiet holiday in nature. How surprised we were when we arrived at this dreamspot: a beautiful house surrounded by mountains and fields... superb views! We enjoyed walking in the mountain Sibillini-Park, visited the charming towns like Sarnano, went biking on the hilly and windy roads. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Dispiace lasciare questo piccolo angolo di paradiso, panorama stupendo e cordiale accoglienza da parte di Rob e Vanessa, persone meravigliose e sempre disponibili. L’appartamento e molto fornito e ha rispettato anche le nostre più piccole aspettative; ognuno di noi se voleva stare solo è riuscito a trovarsi il suo posto ideale, che sia in casa o all’aperto. Ma la cosa più bella era poter stare assieme come una vera famiglia! E l’ultimo giorno qui con degli amici e per concludere una meravigliosa vacanza un po’ di fuochi d’artificio!!
